Channel 4 Ugly House to Lovely House – Saffron Walden
We were asked to work on the project to complete a new roof in Saffron Walden, due to the filming process this job required a tight schedule and restricted working hours.
The job required replacing the old roof and retiling, we used man made clay plain tiles on the roof and walls for this house.
A breathtaking transformation… Cladding the entire house in clay tiles is a triumphant contemporary take on a traditional building method.George Clarke, Channel 4, Ugly House to Lovely House, Series 3 – Episode 3 (2019)
