We use a range of materials for flat roofs depending on what look and budget you are after.

Warm Roof Construction
We can add insulation to your existing or new flat roof to make it a warm roof construction.
This means we put the insulation on top of the roof boarding and then put your chosen flat roof material on top. That way we don’t need to disturb any of the inside of your house.
